  • Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage, troubleshoot and provision installed servers and network devices;

    - Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software, system management tools and network appliances (router, switches);

    - Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability;

    - Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes;

    - Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies;

    - Participate in the design of information and operational support systems;

    - Provide 2nd and 3rd level support;

    - Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

    Key Requirements:

    - Windows Server 2012 and 2016 administration;

    - Cisco routers, switches and wireless administration;

    - Strong infrastructure concepts for server and network devices;

    - Willing to work on shifting schedule;

    - Willing to go around all sites of InterGlobe Technologies (Mandaluyong, McKinley, Alabang);

    - Minimum CCNA or MCSE certified.
