  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

    Candidates will be focused on providing great service to optimize the way that clients use their

    software solutions. Ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills and

    willing to be shaped as a proactive problem-solver who provides the highest level of client

    solutions through a strong-based skills set gained with an extensive working accounting/technical

    knowledge and customer service.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     Provide high level and in-depth technical support by resolving inquiries by phone, email, and web, in a manner and time frame consistent with department and team

    service levels and goals.

     Work collaboratively with clients, team members, implementation consultants, and

    resources across our global office locations to achieve desired results.

     Continue internal education, training, and certifications to stay ahead of an evolving

    technical and financial industry landscape, learn new product releases and increase

    your value to the company and the client base.

     Own and address client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.

     Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up, and escalate when necessary.

     Maintain and create detailed documentation through logging of support cases, e-mail

    and knowledge base articles for client and internal use.

     Work on projects which provide value to the department, the company, and the client

    base.

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

     Accounting: 1+ years’ experience working with Portfolio Management, Fund

    Accounting, Prime Broker or other global back-office financial accounting solution is

    required. Knowledge of fundamental financial instruments (equities and fixed incomes)

    is preferred.

     Architecture: 1+ years’ experience with SQL, Databases, UNIX/Linux, or Networking

    is preferred.

     Sensitive to numbers and familiar with the use of Excel formula or macro is preferred.

     Excellent written and oral English communication skills with strong attention to detail are required.

     Proven aptitude to learn complex technical, financial, and theoretical information in a

    timely manner is required.

     Strong background in accounting or have previously worked for any finance-related

    accounts (JP Morgan, Bank of America, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg).

     Intermediate knowledge about business finance. Prior work experience related to

    hedge funds, mutual funds are a plus.

     Can attend to client’s need/inquiries via phone, chat, or Email.

     Excellent communication & probing skills.

     Okay to work during graveyard hours, during holidays. Okay to do schedule swap

    (US to APAC, US to EMEA) if needed.

     Has no issues traveling to and from the office.
