    The position reports to the Department Manager. The Section Manager is responsible managing the New Homes Team (Design, Permit, Inside Sales), maintain a high level of focus and strategy in New Homes Operations, ensure sufficient staffing to meet the business needs and collaborating directly with stakeholders for alignment on business process and strategy.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

    Possesses in-depth knowledge of the business processes being supported

    Drives compliance of company policy and processes

    Regularly monitors operations and team metrics and generates root cause analysis for failed metrics

    Regularly engages with team members thru counseling and mentoring, rewards and recognition, update cascades

    Plans and manages team resources through scheduling and workload balancing to achieve team objective, SLAs, Stakeholders' requirements, etc.

    Decision-maker on process changes

    Contributes to the development of new ideas and methods to improve key processes

    Provides guidance on process improvement initiatives, making sure that these are aligned with the rest of the business strategy

    Handles escalations on work and people issues

    Works with cross-functional groups for process alignment and escalations

    Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes to align with business tactics and strategies

    Provides initial performance review of team members

    Point of escalation for conflict and issue resolution (within the team or cross-functional teams)

    Communicates to leaders and team any new requirements, changes, updates on all support related information as well as company information

    Regularly connects with stakeholders to align on business processes, guidelines, feedback, prioritization, strategy

    Effectively conducts team meetings, 1:1 meetings with direct reports, skip level meetings

    Effectively communicates process / organizational updates and changes to key stakeholders


    Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Architecture; Master's degree in Management

    At least 5 years of experience in people management role

    Advanced knowledge on PV System Design Tools (Autocad, Aurora, Pictometry, PVSIM) and MS Office

    Proficiency in PV System Design Tools (Autocad, Aurora, Pictometry, PVSIM)

    Proficiency in MS Office suite

    Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills

    Ability to work nightshift, weekends and US/PH holidays
