Non-Voice Customer Service Representative in Quezon City - Start ASAP and earn 17000/month

A non-voice customer service representative for a financial account typically provides support to customers through email, chat, and other non-voice channels. The following are the primary job responsibilities of this role:

- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer problems and find solutions to resolve them in a satisfactory manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and to provide additional support if necessary.
- Update customer account information as needed and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or team for resolution.
- Follow established procedures and regulations related to customer service and financial account management.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies by continuously learning and improving skills.

Job Requirements :
- At least B1 Aspiring Minds result
- Atleast High School Graduate
- Communication skills is above average
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
