  • Description









  • - Provide 24/7 quality customer service globally for all clients and members;

    - Close coordination with the company provider for claims evaluation and case management;

    - Claims adjudication based on the department procedure and medical plan coverage;

    - Handles inbound/outbound call of clients, members and providers;

    - Establish a good rapport and assist members on their queries/concerns from all communication platform of the company;

    - Claims utilization extraction using Power Bi when necessary;

    - Communicate to Healthcare providers for cashless claim services of members;







  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Master´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Learning, Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Goal-oriented, Customer Support, Teamwork
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
