  • Job Specification:

    Assist in canvassing , buying supplies and equipment , maintaing quality anf time efficiency at all times

    Ensures compliance of all purhasing

    Provides effective relationship with suppliers and operations

    Inputs purchase request in the system (Focus)

    Supervise, monitor deliveries and warehouse activies

    Assists in securing process permits , registration , licenses and insurance

    Assist in inventory and monitoring control system

    Coordinates office activities , securing effiency and compliance policies

    Submit timely reportd to operation and HO

    Job Requirements

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Course or equivalent.

    At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

    Organized; keen to details; trustworthy; fast learner

    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

    Can start immediately
