  • Job Description Tasks:
    • Collect, count, and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping and complete banking transactions.
    • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.
    • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
    • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
    • Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.

    Qualifications for Office Staff and Admin Staff:
    • College Graduate in any related business course
    • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
    • With pleasing personality
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge computer skills, especially typing
    • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
    • willing to start as soon as possible
    • open to all candidates with or without experience

    Offers:
    • Above Minimum Salary Rate
    • Duty Task: 40 – 48 hours a week
