  • Job Requirements:

     Fresh Graduated (college level) welcome to apply

     Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure

     Customer focuses with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels

     Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

     Responsibilities:

     Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying

     Perform data entry

     Assist in resolving any administrative problems

     Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries

     Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

     Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers

     Maintain office supplies for department

     Assists clients when it comes to the turnover of their units.

     Prepare turnover reports to be forwarded to the head office.
