  • Job Summary:

    Responsible in handling organizational and clerical tasks such as updating and maintaining documents, databases. Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Monitor and maintain office supplies. Helping organizing and maintaining office common areas. Processing the payment of billings and application or renewal of Company’s Business permits, licenses, insurances, etc. Performs all other related duties as assigned.

    Qualification:

    • Graduate of Business courses (Administration, Management, Operations Management, Human Resource), or any related course

    • Has good communication skills

    • Has good working attitude

    • Can work with minimum supervision

    • Applicant must be willing to work in Pacita Complex, Laguna

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
