  • Role and Responsibilities

    You will play an important role helping coordinate our teams work with poultry growers and managing administrative and financial affairs. Specific job responsibilities include:

    Scheduling our operational teams visits to poultry grower farms

    Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of records

    Design and maintain filing and storage system in the office

    Ensure office equipment are properly maintained and serviced

    Managing office equipment and supplies in a highly organized fashion.

    Schedule plans, meeting and appointments

    Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policy

    Receiving and distributing communication to departments

    Being a strong ambassador for Sustansiya, greeting visitors, answering landline phones and perform receptionist duty when needed

    Preparing and sending invoices to customers and ensuring collection of payment.

    Processing and recording daily financial transactions, obtaining required receipts and documentation. Also maintaining petty cash and associated controls.

    Conducting ad-hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

    Qualifications

    College graduate.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    Proven experience as office assistant with preferably at least 1 year experience in any relevant administrative role. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

    Detail oriented with good organizational ability

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Punctual and consistently meets deadlines

    Excellent people skills and comfortable working with people from different cultures

    Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of Sustansiya

    Fluent in English and Tagalog
