  • Job Description:

    • Over-see the Email Nurturing campaigns

    • Handling website management especially online enquiries

    • Build and maintain social media presence

    • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media specially in LinkedIn

    • Updating Contacts or CRM

    • Invoicing

    • Diary and time management including scheduling and confirming meetings

    • Tracking deadlines and deliverables

    • Phone calls

    • Email management including filtering

    • Proofreading and checking appointment details

    • Checking voicemail and communicating messages

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a 1-year experience as Virtual Assistant

    • Understanding of posting/ scheduling/ monitoring/ reviews/ reporting/ engagement

    • Must have knowledge in other social media sites like Facebook, Instagram etc.

    • Must have excellent English communication skills – oral and written

    • Can work well with minimal supervision

    • Can work independently

    • Organized and detail oriented

    • Follows instructions well

    • Proactive

    Details:

    • Day shift Mondays to Fridays

    • Fix week ends off!

    • Office based job
