    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

    As a HR Specialist, he/she will be reporting to the Office Manager coordinate with the Direct Supervisor in performing his/her duties.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
    All HR processes are in place
    Recruitment of Online English Teachers for the PH Office
    Keeping employee files complete and updated
    Management of all HR documentations
    Adherence to PH Labor Laws
    DUTIES

    ADMIN TASKS:
    Assist HR Manager in managing, maintaining, and updating all master and employee files (soft and hard copies)
    Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
    Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

    RECRUITMENT TASKS:
    Responsible for creating and placing job posts to visiting job fairs to find the right candidate.
    Responsible for screening resumes determining which candidates meet the minimum requirements.
    Responsible for conducting initial interviews, which are then used to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager.
    Responsible for conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate.
    Collaborates with trainers and managers to keep track of the hiring status of applicants.

    JOB FACTORS

    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
    Bachelor Degree, preferably BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management or its equivalent
    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    With at least 3 yrs. experience in HR and recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills
    PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications Excellent organizational and time-management skills
