  • > Preparation of Sales Contract including updating of customer’s information in Microwin system.
    > Checking of COPS and indicate computation of tonnage & Linear Meter per Closed Sales Contract
    > Receive collections from client (if any) and submit to Regional Manager for deposit to company’s depository banks. Submit validated deposit slip to head office after recording at the collection system.
    > Daily coordination with Roll Forming plant for the production, delivery schedules and other related matter pertaining to customer’s order and inform all concern individual directly to expedite processing of related transactions.
    > Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and to date “Sales performance Report” based on Closed Sales Contract.
    > Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and to date “Collection Report” based on Closed Sales Contract and Outstanding Accounts Receivable.
    > Monitoring of Outstanding Accounts Receivable per Sales Executive, assist SE’s in following up collections from clients. (SR’s or Sales Executive is the primary responsible in following up collections from their respective client).
    > Furnish copy of daily closed sales contract to inventory department for materials allocation and engineering department for cutting list preparation.
    > Coordination with Head Office Coordinator, credit and collection and to other related department pertaining to customer’s order and requirements.
    > Sending of documents to Head Office thru courier (Hard Copy) and thru file sharing (advance copy).
    > Sending of documents to Head Office pertaining to HR related concerns including employee’s time records and attachments (Call Slip, SL/VL & OT including delivery trip tickets of delivery workers).
    > Disseminate documents, memorandum and the like from Head Office to concerned individual and or department

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
