Offer description

1. Prepares all estimates/Bill of Materials to be used for projects.

2. Prepares quotations for labor and materials given by Sales Executives.

3. Prepares Billing Statement, Letter of Completion and Final Acceptance, and Lette

of Warranty.

4. Prepares all plans needed in all projects using AutoCAD or other related softwares.

5. Coordinates and facilitates with Accounting all materials being delivered to project

site.

6. Coordinates with Cashier & Settlement Staff all Schedule of Deliveries for projects

Or contracts.

7. Ensures all documents such as Contract, Plans, Bill of Materials for control,

Materials being delivered on site, Contract for Sub-contractor, Billing Statement,

and Official Receipt for receivables are filed, organized, and available.

8. Ensures all issuance of materials intended for work contract transactions are

supported by Bodega Requisition and Issue Slip (BRIS).

9. Attends to Internal Customers.

10. Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.
