  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    Provide high level administrative support by conducting research

    Preparing statistical reports

    Handling information requests

    Performing clerical functions such as performance correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging

    conference calls and schedules meetings

    Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.

    Attending meetings and keep minutes

    Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate

    Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

    Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Graduate of any 4 year course

    With at least +1 year of working experience

    Fast learner and can deliver results

    Can handle extreme pressure
