  • - Researching and collecting data to prepare documents; prepares required sales reports by management.

    - Prepares and constructs memos, invoices, letters, procedures, and other documents and distributing them as needed.

    - Ensures implementation of company policies, especially sales related polices

    - Handles social media accounts and creates programs, and assists in handling online related transactions

    - Coordinates and assists in branch activities and transactions

    - Coordinates and conducts branch audits

    - Handles transactions and reports of other brands

    - Assists in processing of orders; Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database

    - Other tasks may be assigned by management
