  • Description

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
    • Preferably with at least 6 months related work experience
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
    • No experience needed
    • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Attend different customer concerns over the phone
    • Coordinate submission of sales-related requirements to different departments
    • Complete all banking transactions
    • Disseminate information to other office personnel
    • Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
    • File, sort, copy, and compile records
    • Route, sort, and open incoming mails
    • Prepare outgoing mails and also answer correspondence
