  • Job Description:

    Office Staff will help in enhancing the reputation of the organization they work with by providing the best administration and support to the operations of the business; the person will be executing various tasks and requests.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks;

    • Identify LEADS of applicants on ALL positions for the HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY, CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY & FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY;

    • Creating job postings and putting them up online on sites like BestJobs.ph, etc.;

    • Advertising job availability through online channels and other media. Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills;

    • Communicating by phone, email, and in person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines;

    • Recruiting candidates that mesh with the existing company culture; Recruiting candidates within a preset timeframe for continued business productivity;

    • Recruiting apprentices and trainees that have the potential to grow into skilled workers;

    • Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates;

    • Identify appropriate sourcing channels (i.e. job portals, job fairs etc…) for all profile and track database and develop good professional relationships.

    • Maintain pool of candidates that would come from RA’s professional and social network; Suggest and recommend effective trends and sourcing activities/strategies.

    • Maintain Applicant Tracking System and update status for all candidates for various employer/principal and endorses them to Processing Department once candidate is FIT TO WORK.

    • Verifies authenticity of applicants’ documents and other pertinent papers relevant to applicant’s application

    • Screen applicants for potential interview and monitor as well as schedule all applicants for other interview processes.

    • Take meeting notes and transcribe into email, document, or spreadsheet form;

    Basic Requirements:

    • Candidate must be a graduate of B.S. Nursing. (underboard, very much welcome to apply)

    • Has basic/background in the Recruitment Business/talent acquisition

    • Basic knowledge in pre-interviewing and pre-qualifying of applicants

    • Can do multi-tasking and can work under pressure

    • Willing to work in long hours

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
