  • POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position is responsible in handling the department’s clerical and administrative tasks necessary for efficient business process and operation.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintains, monitors, and updates department’s database system.

    • Prepares reports pertaining to department’s weekly & monthly accomplishments.

    • Safe keeps records and handles proper documentation from least to very important files.

    • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

    POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Office Administration or any other related field of study.

    • Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience.

    • Sound knowledge and ability of using English language both verbally and in writing.

    • Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Applications such as: MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

    Competency Requirements:

    • Problem solving and decision making skills.

    • Keen and open for new knowledge and skills to be taught.
