  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    Invoice customers from Connectwise

    Ensure quotes and amendments to quotes are completed on a daily basis

    Invoice customers including discussing to them invoice contents

    Order of stock on a daily basis or as required

    Invoice Customers for stock on a daily basis

    Manage stock and oversee return of faulty stock

    Check and approve employees’ timesheets

    Weekly and monthly service billings to be completed according to company guidelines

    Enter customer payments into MYOB and tracking Receivables

    Keep Receivables to acceptable levels according to company guidelines

    Organize monthly events for the team

    Report any irregularities in data to management

    Audit engineer compliance with company policies

    Liaise with customers in regard to enquiries

    Coordinate information within the team

    Work towards KPIs

    Other projects and tasks as directed

    Conduct weekly customer feedback calls

    Must Haves:

    At least 2 years’ work experience in invoicing, accounts receivables, executive administration or relevant role

    Strong English communication skills both written and verbal

    Extensive working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook

    Must be able to take ownership of issues and be excellent communicators

    Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and be a strong team player

    Ability to work independently and has strong analytical/problem solving skills

    Nice to Haves:

    Background in IT whether either worked for this industry or with IT experience

    Knowledgeable in Connectwise, Labtech, MYOB and Microsoft tools

    Home Office Requirements:
