    Duties and Responsibilities

    -Assisting the Account Manager in the support and management of accounts

    -Generating new accounts and following up on leads

    -Monitoring accounts for compliance with the operating budget

    -Acting as the main point of contact for clients

    -Handling client complaints, concerns or issues

    -Communicating goals and issues to marketing teams

    -Maintaining vendor and client relationships

    -Setting up and achieving sales targets for assigned accounts
