  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, directing, managing and evaluating the operations of warehousing facilities;

    2. Responsible for ensuring proper implementation of warehouse operations health and safety measures, security programs and activities;

    3. Assist in developing warehouse operations policies and procedures and communicate this information to staff, top management, and other department concern;

    4. Assist in the development and implementation of facility improvement plans in terms of management, process/procedure in an efficient and effective way;

    5. Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the warehouse operations department;

    6. Monitor and evaluates key performance indicators of operation staff to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the warehouse operations;

    7. Remain currently knowledgeable with latest warehouse operations technology systems and procedures and suggest to management new approached which can be applicable;

    8. Assists planning, organizing, directing, managing and evaluation of construction projects within warehousing facilities;

    9. Performs day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining and processing documents related to Operations;

    10. Prepares ff in correspondence: reports, statistics related to the warehouse operations area of responsibility, and operations, maintenance, and safety manuals;

    11. Interviews, selects, train, manage, and appraise the performance of warehouse operations supervisors and personnel;

    12. Responsible for mentoring and training warehousing operations staff;

    13. Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with inter-department heads and supervisor;

    14. Address and resolves concerns and staff challenges;

    15. Confer with the department head to coordinate warehouse activities, such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing;

    16. Reviews contracts, invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignment.

    17. Strictly follows Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures;

    18. Performs other duties as may be assigned form time to time.
