About the Role

Looking for an Energetic, Reliable and Motivated individual who is enthusiastic for an exciting opportunity to manage a small team of Professionals that value a Team Environment in a Friendly & Family orientated office. The Business provides a Hydraulics Estimating outsourcing service employing highly skilled Engineers that work with Australian Clients. The Company also builds databases for existing estimating software packages.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the Day-to-day activities of the Team

- Liaise with the Estimating Manager

- Liaise with Other key staff members

- Mentoring/Coaching and Giving Feedback to the team

- Assess and Improve workflows

- Develop & Enhance existing Quality assurance procedures

- Oversee Scheduling of Projects

- Manage and Oversee the Database Team

- Ensure correct outcomes are achieved in line with Client’s expectations

- Maintain the Businesses sales Targets & Growth

- Ensure Projects are completed within the required time frames within Budget

- Prepare Projects for Invoicing to maintain Company cashflows

- Involvement in future staff selections and assessments

- Arrange Team Events – Team Building & Social Outings

- Communication with Existing Clients

- Nuture existing clients to ensure repeat Business

- Work with digital marketing team to create new content for social media marketing

- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties

Required Experience

- Previous Management Role with a Team of 5-10 staff

- Some Knowledge of Building & Construction or Trade Services would be beneficial

- 3-5 Years in a Management Team Leadership Role

Minimum Qualifications

- Degree in Business Management or similar

- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures

- Proficient in Microsoft Office365 Applications

- Marketing skills
