Your Tasks + Responsibilities

-To create and manage and efficient business plan and achieve continual operational excellence and positive business growth.

To efficiently manage all SPO's , KPI's & standard metrics by continuous training, monitoring & periodic reviews.

To train & upgrade personnel to ensure handling is efficient & accurate, & also that personnel to ensure handling is efficient & accurate & also that personnel remain updated about the technical developments in the specific field.

Responsible for relationship management with the customers for the assigned BU.

Responsible to set up cross functional operations- Airfreight & Contract Logistics to achieve operational expertise at all levels.

Responsible to orchestrate & synchronize all internal activities of the assigned BU.

Volume reports, cost analysis, ROI reporting

Your Skills + Expertise

-Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in line with Supply Chain and Logistics

Able to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

Possess a positive and confident personality with well-developed negotiation and persuasive skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple datelines and set priorities.

Strong team player and able to work in a multi-team environment
