    For the Site Operations Admin role, you be expected to:

    - Assist and support to Davao Site Manager

    - Process and filing of PEZA Documents

    - Endorse for Maxicare enrollment

    - Check of Davao employees monthly credits

    - Assist in filing and reportorial requirements with SSS/PHIC/HDMF

    - Do shuttle scheduling and arrangements; deployment and retrieval and others

    - Do some work-related errands

    - Assisting in office maintenance works (contacting suppliers, laborers, ask for quotations)

    - Organize meetings and events

    - Prepare minutes of the meetings for support meeting

    - Other tasks

    At the same time, you will be expected to accomplish accounting-related tasks such as:

    - Preparing of PO/ Purchase Orders

    - Processing of Petty Cash Replenishment

    - Preparing Monthly Bills for Payment

    - Process paperwork, scanning, filing, emailing

    - Post and monitor expenses and payables

    - Sending statement of accounts

    - Prepare payable vouchers, check vouchers, and purchase orders

    - Prepare Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source (Form No.2307) of Suppliers

    - Preparing Cash Advance Requests, Liquidations and Reimbursement

    - Ensuring the BDO Payroll Account numbers of Newly hired Employees
