  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    - Graduate of any 4-year business course

    - Dynamic, Organized, Strategic and Results-Oriented

    - Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    - With good negotiating and decision-making skills

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Direct and ensure smooth and efficient business day-to-day operations in the office and project sites

    - Coordinate with employees from different departments and project sites

    - Monitor and track progress of every task given until completion

    - Handle staffing, manpower allocation and scheduling

    - Handle scheduling, dispatching and maintenance of company fleet

    - Arrange logistics, travel accommodation and facilities in the project site

    - Maintain physical facilities of the office and different project sites

    - Provide tools and equipment and other requirements to accomplish the work assignments in the project site

    - Deal with suppliers and service providers

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
