    SunPower is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations and Monitoring Contract Admin. The Senior Analyst, Operations and Monitoring Contract Admin reports to the Team Lead, Operations and Monitoring Contract Admin and will be responsible for the administrative works for the Area Supervisor, Field Technicians, Asset Manager and Customers.


    Timely accommodation of Customers inquiries via call or email and escalate to appropriate team/stakeholder as needed.

    Perform 3rd party vendor scheduling inspection site visit scheduling, module washing and vegetation work order management. Monitor Service Requests & Work Orders to ensure closure.

    Review and validate Quotes. Generate service quotes for time and material service requirements with Follow-up on open quotes to drive T&M revenue.

    Invoices review and validation. Send to approver for payment processing; and generate invoices for completed T&M service.

    Manage work orders, invoicing, and other duties for large accounts and customers requiring us to use their vendor management system (example: Lowe/SAMs, Target/Ariba, etc.).

    Manage field parts ordering/acquisition, single point of contact for any and all parts required by the field.

    Order management including but not limited to, PR/PO/SO generation through SPWR integrated Cloud infrastructure platforms (example: Oracle and the likes)

    Upload PM Package into CMMS platform for new customers/contracts. Set-up PMs and appropriate scheduling.

    Contract Management including but not limited to, warranty and PeGu exclusion reviews

    Project set-up through SPWR integrated Cloud Infrastructure Platform (example: Oracle and the likes)

    Stakeholder management: Engagement in meetings as per request, Interacts and provide support to the request as deem necessary

    Relationships with peers, subordinates, customers.

    Integrate technical terms or specific knowledge into deliverables where possible.

    Adheres to SPWR Environment, Health and Safety and Company Quality standards, rules and regulations.

    Performs other duties may be assigned by the Manager / Team Lead.


    Minimum requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years work relevant experience.

    Excellent communications skills in English, both spoken and written are paramount, as is the ability to listen and comprehend.

    Understanding and awareness of customer needs and willingness to act on the urgency of requests.

    Communication, customer focus, planning, teamwork, resource management. Attention to detail, decision making and problem solving, commitment to task, processes and procedures, product knowledge, quality, negotiating, initiative. Planning, prioritization, and goal setting, coping with time/interpersonal conflict.

    Can work well at different levels of the organization.

    With no record of deliberate violation of any SunPower program, policies, and guidelines.

    Knowledge in any Cloud Infrastructure Platform such as Salesforce, Oracle, Maximo is an advantage.

    This is an FTE position

    Applicants must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna

    Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines

    Applicants must be willing to render overtime as business requires

    Applicants must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
