As an Operations Associate Manager, you will be responsible for handling the following:

• Support the monitoring of daily mall operations in his/her specific mall assignment.

• Ensures the smooth and seamless functioning of the mall; facilitates a good and sustainable environment for merchants’ business activities as well as provides a pleasant customer experience to his/her mall patrons.

• Complies with the policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of Ayala Malls Group all the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists the Operations Manager or General Manager in communicating and aligning the strategic direction and objectives of Operations Department in his/her specific mall assignment.

• Supports in the day-to-day management and administration of operations related functions and processes his/her specific mall building assignment

a. Mall Operations including Cinema, Customer Experience and Leasing

b. Safety, Security and Sustainability

c. Facility Management

• Manages and ensures that the standard operations policies, procedures, supporting documents, standards are implemented and cascaded to personnel under his supervision o Supports the pro-active lease sales and marketing of the malls in terms of merchant mix/plan and maximizing occupancy in his/her specific geographic area of reponsibility

• Handles customer queries, concerns, and complaints

• Performs other management mandated functions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration or any equivalent course

• Minimum of Three (3) years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, Mall Management or Retail Management

• With effective collaboration skills and strategy development with peers and stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with leadership and customers at the strategic and tactical level

• Ability to cope, manage and handle multiple and simultaneous (volume) leasing/sales projects of the mall

• Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing solutions to the commercial advantage of the Company

• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking abilities, presentation skills, and project management skills.

• Exceptional proficiency in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP, CADD, and others

• Willing to work on weekends, and holidays
