Operations Associate Manager/Team Lead (Iloilo)

  • Description

  • The role will be responsible for providing oversight for customer service service staff and establishing departmental policies and procedures.

    Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports; may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports;

    Job Qualifications:

    At least 2-3 year of experience in a leadership role and 5 years related customer service experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    Must have an experience in a BPO setting

    Graduate of a Bachelor's / College Degree, any field. Member Services (patient support line of business) would need background in an allied health / medical field (e.g. Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.)

    Willing to work at Iloilo, in shifting schedules. Most lines of business function on US time zones (locally, night shift schedule).

    START DATE: January & February 2021
