Graduate of Architecture or any Engineering course

At least two years work experience in related field

• Preferably two to four years experienced employee specializing in Quality assurance

and Quality Control in architectural works

Good in oral and written communication skills

Can work with a minimum supervision

Preferably with motorcycle or any vehicle transportation

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review reports of the Site Architects before forwarding it to the client into the Operations Head

Discuss site issues and resolutions to the Operations Head

Review the Look Ahead Schedule and give direction to the Site architects to ensure time to time activities

Decide on small issues and elevate bigger issues to the Operations Head for better resolution

Directly report to the Operation Head all activities of Architects

Handles rectification works prior to inspection

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
