  • Reporting in to the Director of Client Services, with an indirect reporting line to the CEO, the purpose of the role is to make Lanturn’s operations Better for clients, Simpler for employees and Cheaper for Lanturn.

    Role and Responsibilities

    The Operations Manager will be performing large and complex analyses as well as leading operational improvement programs including:

    • Enhancement and preparation of Operational KPI dashboard

    • Operations modelling and definition of organisational structure

    • Process design and process implementation

    • Project management using GE-type project management techniques

    • Post-acquisition integrations

    Some travelling between different offices within Lanturn will be required.

    The candidate will have proven performance in all of the following areas:

    Project Management

    • Identify key deliverables/structure key activities into work assignments

    • Plan timing and work, monitor progress

    • Priority setting/adjust appropriately to changing demands

    Operational Excellence

    • Hypotheses based approach to problem solving

    • Lean Six Sigma experience of bottom-up process analysis

    • Process reengineering


    • Powerful, concise and effective slide design

    • Logical structure in covering subjects and making recommendations

    • Articulate client and project team dialogue

    • Persuasive, compelling verbal style

    Information Technology

    • Map processes, identify key performance indicators and critical points

    • Data modelling

    Financial and Operations Modelling

    • Estimate turnover, sources and drivers

    • Identify cost blocks and cost drivers

    “One Team Approach”

    • Identify concerned parties from within Lanturn, involving and engaging them throughout the life of the project

    • Demonstrates the ability to see step-change from an operator’s point of view

    • Generate enthusiasm and wins support for project from operators

    • Workable and easily understood implementation plans

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 5 years of experience
  • Availability for travel: Yes
