  • The largest commercial service provider of live surveillance in the Philppines. The company is expanding and looking for result-driven professionals to join its team. Successful candidates can develop key security surveillance skills and experience.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Manage the daily operations Intelligent Surveillance Center (ISC) that includes but not limited to:

    Employee Engagement Surveillance and Monitoring Incident Management Customer Service Continuous Improvement

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create, review and implement operational and business procedures and work with other department heads to be able to produce the best laid-out plans and outcome for the clients, executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees.

    • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business and coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives and communicate the strategy and results to the leaders and staff

    • Ensure overall delivery and quality of the business offerings to customers

    • Report key results to the Company CEO/President and takes part in assisting in driving the business to increase profit

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field

    • At least S year(s) of working experience in the related field and/or position is preferred Experience in Management, Operations and Leadership

    • Experience tn Video Surveillance Monitoring, Oisaster Management, Crisis Management, Security Services or equivalent is an advantage but not required

    • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance shee and cash-flow management.

    • Must have the following skills: communication, time management, and leadership

    • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    To work in the office at least twice a week

    WORKDAYS:

    Monday to Friday

    STANDARD TIME:

    9am to 6pm

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

    Permanent Employment
