  • Job Responsibilities:

    •Responsible for ensuring that branch managers and their staff keep branches to the highest possible standards, being well-organized, adheres to operational policies and procedures and other Company’s processes and controls

    •Responsible for the setting of sales and operational goals/targets and expectations, then ensuring that those goals/targets and expectations are achieved through regular monitoring.

    •Responsible for the cascading and ensuring successful implementation of the Company’s processes, policies, and procedures, marketing, and sales strategies, across all branches being managed

    •Develop long term and short term goals and corresponding strategies and initiatives for the branches being managed and would be managing.

    •Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards across all branches being managed.

    •Manages cost versus budget through effective and optimal utilization of resources (manpower, materials, technology, and equipment)

    •Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to bring out the best in each direct report

    •Ensure that all areas of work performance/departments of branches being managed are properly staffed and directed

    •Responsible for the timely cascading of marketing activities/events as directed by the Head Office and would ensure the timely implementation across all branches being managed.

    •Responsible for scheduling branch visits to ensure compliance in all areas of operations, customer service, and loss prevention.

    •Is expected to train, challenge, motivate, encourage and provide constructive guidance to branch managers and the team related to all areas of effective operation

    •Is expected to have an in-depth understanding of the market so he/she can maintain competitive awareness continuously monitoring the competition and then reacting accordingly to maintain the business advantage

    •Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships

    •Provides regular report to the Management as directed

    •Other related functions that may be assigned by his immediate superior/Management

    Job Qualifications:

    •Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Management, Marketing or related field

    •Proven experience in a similar capacity

    •Skilled in project management

    •Knowledge of marketing techniques for event management

    •Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

    •Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

    •Excellent organizational skill and a knack for problem-solving

    •Customer-service orientation and a team player with leadership skills
