  • JOB OVERVIEW

    Operations Manager is responsible in ensuring smooth day to day operations in production and administrative works. S/he must ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.



    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Operations Manager performs a range of duties:

    • Must be able to lead a team of production contractors and administrative staff

    • Will be handling accounting and bookkeeping

    • Must be able to keep financial profitability of the company

    • In charge of business permits renewal and necessary requirements for special projects

    • Must be able to communicate well with high-end clients (verbally and in writing)

    • Must have good negotiation skills

    • Must have good problem solving skills

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have at least 3 years experience in similar position

    • Must possess bachelor's/ college degree

    • Experience in Automotive industry is an advantage

    • Candidate should be 35 years old and above

    • Willing to work in Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays
