Will manages everyday working of department operating process and increase efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs. Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with Company’s Quality Management System.

• Demonstrate compliance to the Company’s Quality Policy and achieve the target rating of the Quality Objective Operations.

• Day to day control of the workshop and maintaining the quality of the product and service.

• Adhere to warehouse policies by creating, modifying, and implementing rules.

• Operational Warehousing and Logistics.

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

• Monitoring of workflow to ensure department are covered in line with the requirements and its quality objectives.

• Monitoring of individuals’ performance to ensure correct process flow and work procedure are being executed.

• To ensure quality standards are met as lay down.

• To maintain discipline from employees under direct control.

• Manage stock control and inventory checks.

• Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates etc.

• Management work assignment and allocation for staff.

• Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures.

• Build strong relationship by addressing customer and supplier complaints in timely manner.

• Other task assigned by the management.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
