  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage the day-to-day operational activities of his assigned program in coordination with the client representative and/or other functional units of the organization as it relates to manpower resources, systems & procedures & quality improvement efforts.

    Creates strategic plans and executes them

    Maintain an efficient performance management system by setting performance objectives; monitoring performance; conducting performance reviews; and take action to correct performance problems or sustain good performance.

    Recommend policies, procedures and systems relevant to the goals of the organization and client requirements.

    Ensure effective planning and execution of operations and achieve milestones and requirements of the organization

    Provide guidance and direction to all employees under supervision, including setting and monitoring of performance standards.

    Prepare, suggest and present action plan like sales promotions that require coordination with other departments

    Perform workforce functions such as training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, evaluating and disciplining employees

    Directly reports to the Assistant General Manager

    Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field

    Must have at least 2 years experience for the managerial position

    Highly experienced in effective people management, coaching, motivating, coordinating and providing guidance to teams and/or individuals involved in servicing customer or content operations.

    Strong interpersonal skills and can easily build and sustain trust-based relationships with all levels of the organization. Demonstrate solid leadership skills in building enterprise value as an indispensable business partner.

    Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, project management and delegation skills.

    Strong attention to detail with ability to identify missing information, errors, trends, and areas of concern

    Willingness to travel

    Must be flexible in time

    Must be a detail-oriented and self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadline constraints.
