Job Responsibilities:
Overall management of 3 sections: Production, Engineering, and Equipment
Oversee work assignment and performance focusing on efficiency, work quality, and cost
Coordinate with each departments to improve and maintain productive operation
Provide appropriate guidance to team team members
Initiate strategies for the improvement of Production
Report to GM (Japanese) and attend meeting regulary
Job Requirements:
Preferably with Engineering background
Experience as a Manager for at least 5 years
Knowledge and skill in production, Engineering, and Equipment from working in an electronic components or automobile related company
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 10 years of experience
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: Yes
