  • Job Summary:

    Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Manages the Call Centre Operations on the floor, making sure policies are followed and quality is maintained.

    Qualifications:

    -Degree holder of any course

    -Must have at least 3-8 years call center managerial experience

    -Must have handled and supervise at least 300 ftes

    -Good to have exposure managing multiple LOBS

    -Must have managed multiple campaigns (Telco, Billing or Collection, Sales, Finnce, Travel etc.)

    -Knows and does leg work

    -Proficient in communicating, collaborating and influencing at various levels within organization

    -Effective written and verbal communication skills

    -Flexible working on any given shifts

    -Must be willing to be assigned in provincial site (Naga)
