  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Fully responsible for the overall operations of the assigned territory (including both outlets and CML) and ensure the attainment of sales and operating profit budget per month.
    - Monitor and analyze daily sales performance of the assigned outlets by ensuring the attainment of each of the daily outlets' budgeted sales through sales building activities, which includes strategic and tactical promotions/efforts.
    - Prepare adequate daily product projection
    - Achieve the goals for all variable and controllable expenses such as BODS, OFFICE SUPPLIES, UTILITIES, REPAIRS, AND MAINTENANCE, ETC, as a percentage of sales generated
    - Ensure the recording and accounting of all products, raw materials, packaging and other similar items delivered and sold/disposed of per shift to prevent any variance (overages/shortages).
    - Analyze monthly operating indicators and prepares any additional plans and programs to enhance the planned activities.
    - Conducts competitors check to review benchmarks and submit analyzes with proposals.
    - Reviews and analyzes the monthly Product Mix Breakdown (PMB).
    - Ensure a very high rate of compliance and adherence to Systems Standards covering Quality, Service & Cleanliness in the Customer Satisfaction Guide (CSG).
    - Performs monthly assessment of assigned outlet/s to ensure the attainment of the goals set.
    - Prepare and implement a preventive action plan based on the outlet’s assessment to ensure the compliance of the assigned outlet/s with the requirements of the system.
    - Ensure that the cash control systems and policies are implemented fully.
    - Ensure the daily deposits of sales generated daily from the assigned outlets to the bank or designated outlet for pick-up.
    - Ensure availability of bills and coins for change fund.
    - Promptly report the daily sales both orally and in writing, following the deadlines set for such report.
    - Replenish the petty cash fund following the rules set.
    - Ensure that manpower is enough, properly trained and duly motivated.
    - Secure manpower needs to be based on the allowable limit on a number of personal and cost.
    - Prepare effective schedules of personnel in the assigned outlet/s (Including the Outlet Manager).
    - Conduct a monthly performance evaluation of the staff.
    - Recommend and implement training and motivational programs.
    - Submit accurate, complete and timely reports as required by all Division/ Departments.
    - Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
