  • We are looking for an Operations Officer to participate in leading our operational processes working with with a passionate team responsible for leading cross-team programs and projects, strengthening our product management & development discipline, and striving towards operational excellence through effective process management.

    Job Responsibilities

    -Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of software development operations processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes.

    -Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

    -Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.

    -Coordinating with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and keep the best employees.

    -Overseeing daily operations and making adjustments as necessary.

    -Promoting communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.

    -Overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of officers.

    -Regularly writing and submitting reports to the management in all matters of importance.

    -Managing relationships with partners/vendors.

    -High-level understanding of all business functions such as Software Dev. Ops, IT infra, HR and Finance.

    -Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, policies, processes, and staff.

    -Ensuring effective communication between international teams.

    -Fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

    Job Requirements:

    -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, MBA or related field.

    -With 8+ years of experience in similar role and industry.

    -Extensive experience in Agile approach methodology.

    -Proven experience in Project Management and Operation Management (SDLC)

    -Proven track record of managing all aspects of software development operations.

    -Proven ability to effectively communicate and provide recommendations to leadership team on process improvement initiatives.

    -Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

    -Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.

    -Understanding of multiple Software technologies and platforms.

    -Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    -Proactive problem solver.

    -Strong Business Acumen.
