Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Experience budgeting and forecasting

Familiarity with business and financial principles

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational skills

Manage Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting and project trends for use in forecasting;

Report all website bugs/issues and work with developers to find resolutions;

Regularly test site enhancements to ensure proper functionality;

Manage eCommerce platform experience including finding product, product images, adding to cart and order placement process;

Drive strategy for eCommerce platform, order management and fulfillment process for online store;
