  • Roles and Responsibilities

    - Reporting directly to the Head of Support, you are responsible for leading, mentoring and developing multiple Support resources

    - Continuous improvement of your team's performance and efficiency via monitoring and improving your team's processes and controls to delight the customers and achieve SLAs.

    - Continuously drive learning within your team and knowledge library that enriches the Customer Self-Serve tools.

    - Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Operations and Development teams to manage the Demand and Supply of your resources, Quality training of your team and delivery of your team's commitments with a high level of Quality

    - Participate in technical discussions and thought leadership with existing & potential clients and internal teams.

    - Talent Manage staff to ensure A only players are identified, employed, developed and retained

    Identify, engage and manage all 3rd Party Support Partners

    Required Experience

    - Equivalent experience in Microsoft Office Operating Systems

    - Equivalent experience in Customer Service or Service desk/call logging systems

    - Equivalent experience in Senior or Junior Executive activities

    Minimum Qualification

    - Tertiary Education to Masters degree standard or equivalent

    - Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a similar role focusing on technical application support and rectification

    A Successful Candidate must have

    - Strong reporting capability, with the generation of all metrics, and executive output experience

    - Executive presence and decision making capacity

    - Excellent customer service skills

    - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

    - 10/10 English skills (Both verbal and written). Multilingual proficiency desirable.

    - Excellent team management skills

    - Proven ability to lead and/or manage client engagements such as support meetings

    - Ability to liaise with employees at all levels

    - Demonstrates high levels of reliability, adaptable and flexible

    - Demonstrates a strong work ethic

    - Demonstrates effective team working skills, with a can-do attitude

    - Proven ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload effectively

    - Proven ability to effectively deal with conflict (internally and externally)

    - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    - Ability to obtain full police clearances with no blemishes on record.

    Proficient with

    - Microsoft Office Operating Systems

    - Service desk/call logging systems
