  • Perform a wide range of operation, administrative, office support activities to facilitate efficient daily operation of the Operations Department.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Light bookkeeping duties, including data entry and mailing bills, contracts, policies, invoices and checks

    • Process electronically uploaded data, enter documents with precision and accuracy and resolve discrepancies

    • Provide all necessary documentation needed for the operation

    • Handle petty cash for operation

    • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls

    • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing

    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

    • Retrieve documents from filing system

    • Handle requests for information and data

    • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries

    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, draft, memos and emails

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for operation

    • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules

    • Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

    • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

    • Monitor and update existing administrative files

    • Monitor and update existing operation files

    • Monitor and maintain office supply inventories, machine/equipment inventory, and employees’ PPE

    • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment

    • Other areas including but not limited to document verification, data entry operation, and administrative assistance

    • Keep office area clean and tidy

    • Other duties that might be assigned by the management from time to time

    Education and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree Holder

    • w/ experience is a plus

    • Proficient in word and excel

    • Strong written and oral communication skills

    • Strong organizational and analytical skills

    • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English ,
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Open Office
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
