Offer description

• Assists Team Leaders with the coordination, implementation, and management of operational work flow

• Analyses existing operational work flow and procedures and recommends process improvements/innovations to promote efficiency

• Provides Realtime operational support for field staff through different social media platforms

• Maintains operational data and submits daily/weekly reports for operations to support information flow and decision making

• Assists the Customer Support Representative in monitoring of social media accounts for customer inquiries and escalating it through the correct channels

• Provides simple administrative support such as but not limited to (a) monitoring of individual state platforms for job postings; (b) facilitating in the onboarding of newly hired staff in different states to ensure that all necessary software access and employment documents are complete; (c) offboarding of resigned operations staff; and (d) validation of operations staff man-hours

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: No
