Creating, coordinating, organizing, facilitating, and delivering Project Training

Facilitating Operational Moderation Skills Pack Trainings, communication training, and workshops at the Operations level

Assimilation of the necessary communication/project knowledge needed for a high-quality work performance

Developing, conducting, evaluating, and improving the professional competencies of employees through the training programs available or created

·Ensure conformity and anticipate client/customers’ expectations

Assure increase customer satisfaction and objectives set at the Operations/Project level are achieved

Qualifications:

At least C1 English Level Proficiency

At least 1-year experience of facilitation training in a BPO setup

Experience in performing/coordinating quality and training related activities

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
