Paralegal for Global Maritime Industry/Salary: 35,000 - 40,000/San Antonio Village, Makati

• Preferably with 3-5 years experience as a Paralegal in a law firm.
• No relative in by affinity or consanguinity within 4th degree in any companies under PTC.
Major Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on matters related to Legal and Compliance;
• Assist in the facilitation of compliance orientation;
• Initiate, file, and monitor regular corporate reporting such as general information sheet and
renewal of licenses and authorities;
• Assist in the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents for cases and projects being
handled by the Team;
• Liaise, collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the Organization;
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
KPI:
• Completion of research within the specified given period.
• Facilitation of regular compliance orientation.
• Submission of complete and accurate documents for case handling.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
