About the Role

The objective of this role is to assist in the completion of strategy and advice documents for our clients, ensuring we are compliant, and providing advice in our clients best interests.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist with the production of detailed and accurate Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documents

- Research insurance products and generate insurance quotes

- Construct a range of appropriate investment strategies

- Maintain and track client files using AdviserLogic and Office 365

Required Experience

- 2+ years experience in a similar role for an Australian financial services firm

- Knowledge and understanding of basic investment and insurance products in Australia

- Experience utilising Adviser Logic, and IRESS software is desirable

- Knowledge and understanding of basic compliance regulations in Australia

- High level of attention to detail

- Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

- Secondary education required

- Relevant tertiary degree – preferred but not essential

- Performance Goals

- Meets deadlines in a timely and efficient manner

- Completes advice documents to a high standard, with minimal review points

- Able to locate and rectify any errors in advice document in review of own work

- Consistently produces highly quality documents
