Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Deal with clients and agents with their accounts and concerns.

2. Prepare and handle documents and reports for agents and clients.

3. Coordinate with other offices/departments via email, chat and video conferences.

4. Handle cash payments and policies, including claims processing.

5. Perform admin duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting or Financial Management.

2. Experience working in a sales, cashiering or any customer service related jobs.

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

5. Preferably someone with " sad stories".

6. Willing to work in Sta Cruz, Laguna

**Salary offered is minimum per region.
