    Description



  • Job Description:

    • Inspections of inventory and ensure that the department is able to fulfill customers’ delivery request.

    • Prepares sales invoices for all completed projects and submits it to AR Accounting for signature and monitoring.

    • Maintain a stock of spare parts, quote prices to customers, manage backorders, and maintain vendor relations, including ensuring invoices, shipment slips, and other billing issues are taken care of promptly.

    • Responds to customer-related issues and concerns and elevates to immediate supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    • Must be knowledgeable in SAP

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

    • Can start ASAP

    • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

    • Full-Time position available.
