    5. Must know how to use variety of oven including commercial, conventional, rack, stone deck, and revolution type
    6. Must know to excercise quality control so products are consitent and of high quality
    7. Must be able to train and supervise workers on how to operate equipment according to proper sanitation and safety standards on continuous basis
